Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At Pramod Tattoo Art, we strive to provide high-quality tattoo services to our clients. We understand that there may be occasions where you are not entirely satisfied with the service provided. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.

2. Appointment Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. The refund will be deposited into your account within 5-7 days after cancellation.The cancellation will be made by call(9619346485) only
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will not be refunded.

3. Deposits

  • Deposits are required to secure your appointment. These deposits are applied towards the final cost of your tattoo.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to show up.

4. Service Refunds

  • Tattoo Services: Due to the custom nature of tattoo services, we do not offer refunds once the tattoo process has begun. It is important to communicate clearly with your artist about your expectations and to review the design thoroughly before the tattooing starts.
  • Touch-Ups: We offer one free touch-up within six months of the original tattoo date, provided the tattoo has been properly cared for. Touch-ups do not include design changes.

5. Unsatisfactory Results

  • If you are unhappy with the result of your tattoo, please communicate with your artist before leaving the studio. We will make every effort to address your concerns.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the design, placement, or other aspects that were agreed upon before the tattooing process began.

6. Exceptions

  • In rare cases, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the management. Each case will be evaluated individually based on the circumstances.
